If you have toured the sample properties you can see we offer very nice accommodations, in safe communities, and all close to the fun of Central Florida.... so how does renting one of these homes work?
Simply complete the contact form and once you click "Submit", our reservations team will receive your emailed form. We will match your family plans with our properties and try to choose a villa perfect for your Florida vacation. You will receive a telephone call from one of our team to confirm some details.
We will match you with a home, and confirm your reservation with a 50% deposit on your credit card. This will reserve your chosen home for your vacation, and your reservations confirmation will sent off to you via email. You can also make special arrangements for discount attraction tickets, heated pools, or special requirements for your home stay with our trained reservations specialists.
All homes are fully furnished, and tastefully decorated. All you will need when you arrive is a quick trip to the local grocery store, and you and your family are ready to go!
Final payment in full is taken 2 weeks before you depart home for your vacation, and it is then when we will send you directions to your vacation home, access codes for communities that are gated or guarded, and special one time access code for access to your private vacation home or resort townhome, and of course, the listing of churches local to your villa.
After arriving you go directly to your private Florida vacation paradise, and begin your family vacation fun!
